Service Charter

What to do, in what order, and who to ask — for the things students need from the department office through the semester.

Student Registration

1Login to ERP → Course registration. (Watch Video Tutorial)
21st semester: automatic. 2nd–8th semester: self-registration.
3If it seems complicated, contact the coordinator below.

Tuition Fee

1Must be paid in advance by the 10th of every month — otherwise a fine applies.
2bKash → Education fee → Sonargaon University. (Video Tutorial)

Exam & Admit Card

1Download the admit card from ERP before the exam.
2Requires clearance of 3 months' tuition fee before Mid-term and 6 months' total before Final, plus any other dues.
3If it seems complicated, contact the coordinator below.

Final Result Check

1Final results are published within 7 working days.
2Check your result for any discrepancy within 7 days and contact your course teacher regarding any issue.

Supplementary Exam & Retake

1For I & F grades in theory courses, apply for a supplementary exam by paying the supplementary exam fee (750 TK per credit) within a week after result publication.
2For an X grade in any course, or I & F grade in a sessional course, apply for a retake of that course — an additional course fee applies as per your tuition fee.
3Grade key: A+ to D = Pass · X = Mid & Final absent · I = Mid present but Final absent · F = Attended but failed.
