A Question Moderation Meeting was conducted prior to the Fall 2025 Semester Final Examinations to review and approve the examination question papers prepared by faculty members Faculty members attended the meeting with printed copies of the question papers to complete the moderation process and ensure compliance with the university's academic standards. In addition, faculty members were requested to encourage eligible graduates to complete their registration for the Second Convocation of Sonargaon University within the prescribed deadline, thereby facilitating their participation in the university's graduation ceremony.

Following the successful completion of the Fall 2025 Mid-Semester Examinations, regular academic activities resumed in accordance with the approved Academic Calendar. Faculty members were instructed to conduct classes according to the official class routine and ensure that all class links were uploaded to the ERP system for effective academic management. In addition, all full-time and part-time faculty members of the Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and Fashion Design & Technology (FDT) Departments were requested to complete the final assignment and project submissions for sessional courses between 21 and 30 November 2025. Faculty members were encouraged to guide students in preparing creative, well-organized, and professionally presented projects that reflected the learning outcomes of their respective courses.

An online departmental meeting was conducted with the faculty members of the Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and Fashion Design & Technology (FDT) Departments to discuss important academic and administrative matters for the effective management of the Fall 2025 Semester. The meeting focused on reviewing student registration progress, class schedules, student attendance, assessment activities, academic supervision, and faculty work schedules to ensure the smooth continuation of academic operations. Faculty members were instructed to follow the Friday class routine uploaded to the ERP system and conduct classes according to the approved schedule. They were also requested to upload the respective class links to the ERP system to facilitate effective academic management and student access. In addition, all faculty members were directed to submit their Fall 2025 Weekly Work Schedule through the ERP system within the prescribed deadline to ensure proper departmental planning, monitoring, and academic coordination.

Following the Eid holidays, students were reminded that only those possessing a valid printed admit card would be permitted to participate in the remaining Spring 2025 Semester Final Examinations. The notice reaffirmed the university's examination policy of "No Admit Card, No Examination" and informed students that no further special permission would be granted under any circumstances. Students were encouraged to ensure compliance with the examination regulations to avoid any inconvenience during the examination period.

TA coordination meeting was held with the faculty members and coordinators of the Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and Fashion Design & Technology (FDT) Departments to review the overall preparation and implementation plan for the Winter Food Festival, Exhibition, and Fashion Show scheduled for 11 February 2025. The meeting focused on ensuring effective coordination among the organizing committees, reviewing event responsibilities, and finalizing operational plans for the successful execution of one of the university's major annual events. All faculty members were requested to prepare and submit the work schedule for the courses assigned to them for the Spring 2025 Semester, including the scheduled class days and class timings. Faculty members were instructed to submit their work schedules within the stipulated deadline. Preparation of a separate roster was not required for this submission. The cooperation and timely compliance of all faculty members were highly appreciated.

To ensure the smooth administration of the Spring 2025 Semester Final Examinations, all full-time faculty members of the Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and Fashion Design & Technology (FDT) Departments were instructed to maintain an office schedule commencing at 10:30 AM, except on Fridays.

Students were informed that presenting the admit card on a mobile device would not be accepted and that only those possessing a valid printed admit card would be permitted to sit for the examinations, following the university policy of "No Admit Card, No Examination." The notice was issued to ensure the smooth and disciplined conduct of the semester final examinations.

All faculty members of the Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and Fashion Design & Technology (FDT) Departments were invited to attend a joint departmental meeting convened by the respective Heads of the Departments. The notice also reiterated the university's examination regulations regarding academic integrity, including the prohibition of unfair practices, disorderly conduct, and the use of electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches inside the examination hall. Students were advised to bring all required examination materials, including calculators and stationery, as borrowing such items during the examination was not permitted. These instructions were issued to promote a fair, disciplined, and well-managed examination environment and to ensure the smooth conduct of the Semester Final Examinations.

A Question Moderation Meeting was organized to review and finalize the examination question papers for the Fall 2025 Mid-Semester Examinations. The meeting ensured the quality, consistency, and academic standards of the examination questions before their final approval. Students who have not yet completed their Spring 2025 Pre-Registration are requested to complete the process at the earliest convenience. All students are also advised to pay the January tuition fee, including any outstanding dues, on or before 10 January 2025. Important Notice: A late payment penalty will be imposed on all tuition fees received after 10 January 2025, in accordance with the university's financial policies.

A seminar titled "Entrepreneurship: Turning Dreams into Reality" was organized on 4 February 2025 at the Auditorium (Room 701), Mohakhali Campus, Sonargaon University. The seminar featured successful entrepreneurs who shared their professional experiences, entrepreneurial journeys, and practical insights with the students. Their discussions emphasized innovation, leadership, business development, and the skills required to transform entrepreneurial ideas into successful ventures. The program provided students with valuable guidance on career planning, entrepreneurship, and self-employment while encouraging them to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. The interactive session enabled participants to gain practical knowledge and inspiration for their future academic and professional pursuits. Youth Fair 2025 was organized at the Green Road Campus of Sonargaon University with the support of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The two-day event, held on 23–24 January 2025, brought together students, faculty members, families, and invited guests in a vibrant celebration of youth, creativity, and community engagement. The fair provided participants with opportunities to experience a variety of cultural, educational, and recreational activities, fostering a spirit of collaboration and campus involvement.

Students of the Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) and Fashion Design & Technology (FDT) Departments participated in the Clean Campus Initiative and Rally, organized with the participation of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The program aimed to promote environmental awareness, cleanliness, and social responsibility among students through active participation in campus cleaning activities and a rally.
